In this lesson you will learn the basics of stand up paddling or improve your skills with the precise instruction of 6-time Swiss champion Anna Tschirky. 

Together we will look at the correct paddle stroke and practise it on the water. I'll also explain how you can turn best, fastest and most efficiently and what you need to know about safety on the water.

 Bring along: Board & paddle if available, otherwise rent from Honu
